How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched from our Queensland warehouse within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most metro orders arrive within 3–5 business days. All orders are shipped via Australia Post, and tracking is provided with every shipment. 

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer express shipping at checkout. If you need gear fast, choose the express option and we’ll prioritise your order.

Where is Titan Range based?

We’re proudly Aussie owned and operated. Our gear is designed, tested, and shipped from Queensland, Australia.

How do I charge my headlamp or torch?

Each product includes a compatible charging cable (Micro USB or USB-C). Plug into any USB power source like a wall adapter, powerbank, or car charger.

How long does the battery last?

Battery life depends on the model and mode you’re using. Refer to the specifcations.

Can I use Titan Range headlamps in the rain?

Yes — our gear is built to handle light rain. All Titan Range lights are water-resistant.  Just don’t submerge them unless stated.

What direction does the battery go on the TF22?

Insert the battery with the positive (+) end facing the light and the negative (-) end at the base. If there's a white tab, remove it before use. Also peel off any clear plastic wrapping from the battery.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Absolutely. All Titan Range gear comes with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

How do I claim a warranty or report a problem?
