Australian Shipping

FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $80 within Australia.

Standard Shipping is $8.95 for orders under $80.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Queensland warehouse.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.

We primarily use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: approximately 2–6 business days
• Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, peak periods, public holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Remote and rural locations may take longer.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination, location and order.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
