All Titan Range products come with a comprehensive 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

What's Covered:

    • Headlamps & Torches: LED performance, sensor functionality, battery life, adjustable features
    • Powerbanks (36000mAh & others): Battery performance, charging functionality, port defects

What’sΒ Not Covered by Our 5-Year Warranty

Our 5-year warranty covers manufacturing defects β€” but it does not cover the following:

  • Accidental damage: Cracked lenses, broken buttons, or housing damage caused by drops, impacts, or misuse.
  • Water damage from improper use: Submerging non-waterproof models or using products outside their IP rating.
  • Normal wear and tear: Scratches, scuffs, faded branding, or cosmetic wear from everyday use.
  • Battery degradation over time: Rechargeable batteries naturally lose capacity. This is normal and not considered a defect unless faulty from new.
  • Modifications or unauthorised repairs: Damage caused by disassembly, third-party repairs, or any non-approved modifications.
  • Loss or theft: The warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
  • Improper storage: Damage resulting from exposure to high heat, moisture, or any environment that compromises seals or materials.
