At Titan Range, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Our torches, headlamps and powerbanks are covered by a 3-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What's Covered?
Manufacturing defects and faults arising from normal use, subject to our warranty conditions.
What's Not Covered?
Our 3-Year Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including gradual wear of headbands, straps and other components.
- Accidental damage, misuse or improper handling.
- Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by use outside the product's stated specifications.
How to Make a Claim
Email sales@titanrange.com.au with your order number or other proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue and photos if available.
We'll review your claim and help arrange a repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Warranty conditions, provider and your rights
This voluntary warranty applies to eligible torches, headlamps and powerbanks purchased on or after 1 October 2026, including eligible products supplied in bundles. Earlier purchases retain the warranty promises applicable when purchased, including any longer warranty already offered.
Covered manufacturing defects include materials or workmanship affecting LEDs, electronic circuitry, switches, controls, charging ports and rechargeable batteries. Natural battery capacity reduction through normal use and ageing is excluded.
For a valid manufacturing-defect claim, we will repair or replace the affected product within a reasonable time, without charge. We cover reasonable return freight and claim-related expenses. Email us to arrange returns or send receipts to request reimbursement of reasonable claim expenses. Original packaging is not required to exercise your Australian Consumer Law rights.
The benefits of this warranty are in addition to your rights and remedies under Australian law. The exclusions above do not restrict those rights, which may continue beyond the voluntary warranty period.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
